Community Day 2019
Numerous vendors, artists and businesses were on display at the Community portion of our 2nd Annual Arts and Community Day. The Frankford Teachers Pride Committee created a community mural, Pixie Pop the clown painted faces and crafted awesome balloons, Yetter’s Diner served up Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Ron and Sue Schopperth taught juggling and a stellar list of entertainers performed: Kelly Wask, Mike Robinson, Heather Donnelly and Sing a Song, Synergy Dance, Adam Zajac, Ameya Race, Charity Healy and Trinity Sousa. Also Donna Blevins and her marionettes performed 4 shows, a Cello Concert was held at the Presbyterian Church and at the United Methodist Church performed a Blessing of the animals by Pastor Nancy Herrick Robinson and games and vegetable stampings were done by Bev Bathgate, Judy Rosselliesi and Heather Lachenauer.
This event was originally started by Dr. Gregory Stetzel to bring the community together and create a day to highlight local businesses and non profits. It continues to grow.
